Are your paw balms safe if my dog tries to lick or eat it?

  • We use all natural ingredients in our paw balms. Rest assured that your dog is safe even if they've licked their paws clean!

How soon will I notice a difference?

  • Every dog is different. However, most customers notice a difference after a few applications. Some even after the first use! Consistent use is an effective way to see results.

Can I use paw balms on myself?

  • Yes, It's actually encouraged. I use them on my dry spots regularly. Grab a paw balm for your pup, and one for yourself. Those dry heels and elbows will thank you later!

Where are your products manufactured?

  • Our products are handmade on the Big Island of Hawaii.


Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do. Shipping rates are calculated based on your country’s location and weight of your package.
  • The customer shall be responsible for any additional charges related to customs, taxes and/or duties as per their country's customs procedures.

My package was “Returned to Sender”

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the customer for the correct address and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can mail the package again.
Can I change my shipping address?
  • If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please contact us by email as soon as possible at info@ecopethawaii.com. If your package has not shipped yet, we will be able to change your address.
My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
  • Eco Pet Hawaii is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen or missing packages. Once your order leaves our studio and is picked up by USPS, it is out of our control. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Cancellations and Returns

Can I cancel my order?

  • Because we ship our orders out quickly, cancellations are not accepted.

Can I return my order?

  • Due to being such a small business, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, if an issue has occurred with your order, please reach out to us directly at info@ecopethawaii.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
